    Tom is the HR manager at Cardinal Glass, as well as our Vice President. He enjoys woodworking, and most recently carved a small salt spoon from a block of cherry.

  • Bonnie Macdonald:: Treasurer

    A fan of the creative community, Bonnie Macdonald has long been an arts enthusiast and advocate. Retired from the City of Kingsport Office of Cultural Arts, Bonnie worked with the Public Art Program, Kingsport Carousel and hundreds of talented artists. When not messing around with some “creative” enterprise, Bonnie can be seen walking shelter dogs and would happily make a match for you.

  • Heath Guinn:: Past President (Advisor)

    Heath is our past president. He is the President of Sync Space, where he works with local and regional businesses to promote growth and create connections.

  • Casey Salyer

    Casey is a member of the Inventor Center and helps out with projects and trainings in the woodshop. He is one of our resident CNC router experts, and a new member of the board.

    “I like all things wood and metal working! If it involves a CNC, even better!”

  • Mark Dingus

    Mark is a member at The Inventor Center, who spends much of his time here turning bowls. He also enjoys spending time outdoors, learning as much as he can, and collecting vinyl records.

  • Mark Sutton

    Mark took 2 years of shop class in high school, where he became acquainted with power tools and helped a friend build pole barns in the summer.

    After college and a few years of operating restaurants, Mark started and operated Sutton Construction for 30+ years. He found Sync.Space when looking for a 3D printer and made prototypes of his new product, the Firestarter mug handles, while the Inventor Center was being built.
