Create your own Iron Art!
Suitable for beginners and students of all skill levels, you’ll scratch unique designs into an 8-inch sand mold which will be cast with molten iron by professional artists during the main event (held on Saturday, May 3rd).
Your finished one-of-a-kind art will be ready to take home on April 24th. The workshop cost includes all materials needed for the workshop and the casting of your piece in iron on April 20th during the main event. Rain or shine. Advance registration required. $23.11 scratch block mold. Adults 18+, Ages 6-17 are welcome to participate if accompanied by an adult.
Every one of all ages is invited to watch the Iron Pour for free on Saturday May 3rd during the Kingsport ARTS Festival! The show starts at 1:30pm, with the pouring taking place approximately 2pm.
